Obviamente las marranas no ponen huevos, así que entiéndase que se quiere muuuy lejos a esa persona inorportuna.

“Hey, I want to tell you some gossip...". —---> “Not now. You’d better go and check if the sow has already laid” - (Don't bother me)

It is obvious that pigs don't lay eggs, so it's understood that this annoying person is wanted very far away.
